	Your registration will be confirmed via e-mail once your form of payment is received. There are a limited number of “public” registrations that will be accepted. Our goal for the conference is to have 85% Health Care Professionals. Please register early to secure your spot. We are NOT offering refunds for conference registration. You can, however, transfer your registration by sending notification to birthingbreastfeedingbonding@gmail.com by September 1st, 2009. By submitting your registration, you agree to this term.
